The basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore (which translates as "Saint Mary of the Flower") is the cathedral church of Florence, Built between 1296 to 1462. It is one of the top 10 Italian Architecture buildings. The photographer with this angle perspective offers a rich point of view of the church façade. The intent is to give value to Italy as homeland of many styles of construction which inspired movements in architecture and influenced the designs which noblemen built their country houses all over the world, notably in Australia too.
